BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. Mark Walton Jersey . -- Being down a man while also missing two stars didnt seem to faze Toronto FC on Wednesday. Toronto (6-4-3, 21 points) ran its unbeaten streak to six as it resisted late Chicago pressure to earn a 1-1 tie at soggy Toyota Park. Midfielder Jackson scored Torontos lone goal in the 42nd minute, heading a feed from forward Jermain Defoe past Fire goalkeeper Sean Johnson. "Any point on the road is a good point, especially when youre down to 10 men," said Toronto coach Ryan Nelsen, whose team remains unbeaten (3-0-3) in league play since a May 3 loss to New England. "They (the Fire) did very well in the second half and pushed us hard. We had to defend and we defended very well." Forward Luke Moore was issued a red card and ejected in the 29th minute after a mid-air collision with Fire midfielder Chris Ritter and Toronto played the final hour with 10 men. Toronto FC was also outshot 20-7 and trailed in possession by a lopsided 62-38 per cent. Yet Chicago mustered only one score - Harry Shipps sixth goal of the season in the 56th minute. "We did enough to win the game, when its 10 men against 11 we should win the game," said Fire coach Frank Yallop, whose team is winless in five games. "We had our chances, its frustrating. We had them. Thats our problem right now, we cant seem to win a game." Numerous other Chicago shots went wide, fell short or were stopped by Toronto goalkeeper Joe Bendik, who had five saves. In the 73rd minute an apparent go-ahead goal by Fire defender Bakary Soumare was waved off on an offside call. Toronto was playing its second game in five days while Chicago was among the last Major League Soccer teams to restart the season after a lengthy World Cup break. "This point is very valuable," Nelsen said. "It proves that away from home weve been down to 10 men twice and weve managed to get something out of the game and that was extremely important." Moores ejection came after a midfield battle for possession with Ritter. Moore appeared to elbow Ritter in the right temple. Ritter temporarily left the game but was back within three minutes with his his head bandaged. The ejection includes an automatic suspension for Saturdays home game with D.C. United. Toronto was missing goalkeeper Julio Cesar, who helped carry host Brazil into the World Cups final eight, as well as recent midfielder acquisition Michael Bradley, expected back soon from a U.S. team stint. Wednesdays game was played under steady drizzle and unusually cool temperatures. Billy Price Bengals Jersey .com) - St. Louis Blues right wing Vladimir Tarasenko, Detroit Red Wings center Pavel Datsyuk and Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury have been selected as the NHLs top players for last week. Mark Walton Bengals Jersey . The game was the first of two international friendlies that Canada is playing during the international break, with the second game against Slovenia set for Tuesday in Celje. Canada looked uncomfortable defensively throughout the game, and every free kick that came into Canadas penalty box looked like ending up in the back of the net.LAS VEGAS -- A sleek B.J. Penn, in his first fight at featherweight, weighed in on the button at 145 pounds Saturday in advance of his third meeting with Frankie (The Answer) Edgar. The 35-year-old Penn, who has always been a fan favourite, was warmly welcomed as he walked onto the stage at the UFCs Fan Expo. Edgar (15-4-1) weighed in at 145.5 pounds. The two former champions face off Sunday in the main event of "The Ultimate Fighter" Season 19 finale televised card at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. Penn, a former lightweight and welterweight (170-pound) champion, came out of retirement to face Edgar a third time after the two served as rival coaches on the reality TV show. "Frankie asked to fight me the last couple of times," said Penn. "This is the one I wanted and Im here to give it my best shot." The 32-year-old Edgar, a former lightweight title-holder, won the two previous meetings between the two at lightweight (155 pounds). Edgar took the championship belt away from Penn at UFC 112 in April 2010 and then beat him again four months later at UFC 118. Both were five-round decisions. "He keeps calling my name," said Edgar. "He probably wants to get revenge but Im not going to let it happen." Penn (16-9-2) loooked ripped as he weighed in, with plenty of belt loops seemingly available as he pulled on his jeans and buckled them up. Jessie Bates III Bengals Jersey. Penn has been working with diet guru Mike Dolce. Canadian lightweight Jesse (The Body Snatcher) Ronson weighed in at 155 pounds for his lightweight bout with Kevin (The Motown Phenom) Lee, who was 156 pounds. Fellow Canadian Sarah (Cheesecake) Moras weighed in at 139 pounds. The 26-year-old bantamweight from Kelowna, B.C., will fight Alexis (Sneaky Zebra) Dufresne at a catchweight of 143 pounds. Moras (3-1) tweeted that she had already made weight at 135 pounds, before learning Dufresne (5-0) was eight pounds over. The two then agreed on the catchweight. "Cant wait to fight, hard part over!" tweeted Moras. Saturdays weigh-in got a lot more colourful when Mexican lightweight Juan Manuel Puig arrived on stage with a sombrero and Mexican flag. Chinese bantamweight Jumabieke Tuerxun added some class by donning a robe, complete with fur collar and UFC embroidered on the back. Dan Spohn of Team Penn takes on former Ohio State wrestler Pat Walsh of Team Edgar in the final of the TUF 19 light-heavyweight competition. Dhiego Lima takes on Eddie Gordon in an all-Team Edgar matchup to decide the 185-pound winner.
